Ivel Barbarians - The Home of the Giants 2009

Just want to start with a big thankyou to everybody involved @ Ivel, we were looked after absolutely brilliantly - we even managed to sneak a few left over desserts!

Just wanted to put it out there, as i will @ training ( every tuesday & Thursday @ the Marsh Sports complex) is playing are home games @ theMarsh the best thing for us? We have a quality, professional approach to everything else we do, do we think we will undermine this by playing at a ground that really doesn't have the stucture to suppor us, while a quality, professional setup such as the Ivel club goes begging???

It surely has more of a pull for potential sponsors, and players alike? Especially those from Dorset based clubs who may see the Yeovil based homegames as far more neutral?

Just a thought guys - i know we're  a Dorset club but can we afford to look a gift horse in the mouth? 

Either way i'm gonna love pullin on that Jersey! Bring on the rest of the League,
